How to rejuvenate the Polish war fleet [OPINION]

Every state would like to have only modern military equipment on its armaments. However, even the richest countries in the planet cannot afford it. In all major army, fresh equipment is operated together with older ones after modernization and old ones that no longer have modernization potential. Only systematic purchases from fresh production are able to supply the essential level of combat capabilities. These purchases in little resourced countries are complemented by the acquisition of equipment that is utilized or of civilian origin.
