How to prepare for a crisis? The Ministry of National defence handbook is to be delivered to all homes in Poland

Minister of National defence Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz announced that work is underway on a handbook to form appropriate attitudes of society towards contemporary threats, including natural disasters and war. The head of the Ministry of National defence wants the handbook to be available in all Polish home.
