How to look beyond the horizon erstwhile there is war in Ukraine [REPORT]

In Warsaw, thanks to the Center for Doctrines and Training of the Armed Forces, the next edition of the global conference “GlobState” was held, devoted to changes in the global safety environment. During the course of 3 days of deliberations, a number of shots and opinions of military scientists and analysts from various NATO countries could be confronted. The binder of much of the discussion, including the backstage ones, was of course the Russian attack on Ukraine. But above all, it could be noted that the participants were already trying to face 1 of the biggest challenges of today, in the form of answering the question about the course of events in the long term.
