There are quite a few signals that many officers want to leave the service - said Deputy Minister Maciej Wąsik last week. However, the Ministry of the Interior and Administration believes that the fresh incentive will halt them from doing so. What's more, the ministry will aid to calculate whether staying in the uniformed service will inactive pay off.
