On 15 November 2024, a decision was taken to proceed with the suspended proceedings. A prosecutor was dismissed from the case, who had been in charge since 2016. He says that during the investigation of espionage, in which he testified as a witness and spoke, among others, about Karczewski and Zingman, he felt that at any point the ABW was curious in whether he could someway harm the said authoritative Piotr Nowak. Nowak's wife had previously worked in the ABW, and he himself had a career in government — then he was promoted to Minister of improvement in the government of Prime Minister Morawiecki.
When asked by us, Piotr Nowak refused to comment on the accusations made by Karol Zaraczyk. He explained the procedure — first Ursus brought a letter to the Ministry of Finance that Zambia wanted to buy tractors, and then another paper was sent by the Ministry of abroad Affairs asking for silos. He points out that he is presently a private individual and that the ministry should comment on the matter.
Interestingly, Ursus's subject appears in the eavesdropped conversations of Zigman and Karczewski. During 1 of the talks, Zingman tells Karczewski in the context of an order from Senegal that “no Ursus tractors will be there, due to the fact that this country only needs silos.” After that, he instructs Karczewski that he must now push on Polish officials and arrange backing from Poland. The services suspected that on Karczewski's services controlled by Zingman were, among others, MP Jacek Żalek, Krzysztof Truskolaski from PO (before becoming MP), mentioned Marek Ziółkowski (ambassador of the Republic of Poland in Kenya and later at NATO), Sergei Wolski (charge d’affairs at the Embassy of Poland in Kenya), and officials of the Ministry of Finance Jacek Barylski and Wojciech Rzasiecki. As unofficially established, the vast majority of talks between Witold Karczewski and Alexander Zingman were not included in the service materials which later went to the prosecutor's office.
According to our information, the then CBA management related to the Law and Justice wanted to sweep the case under the carpet. CBA Deputy Chief Grzegorz Ocieczek was to issue an order not to take into account the dangers of the then power of threads in the final analysis. Thus, the prosecution did not receive all the threads collected during the operational audit.

Witold Karczewski cuts off Alexander Zingman
We sent a number of questions to Witold Karczewski, including a relation with Alexander Zingman. The Polish entrepreneur cut himself off from his longtime companion.
— For years I had no contact with Alexander Zingman – neither business nor social – Karczewski replied.
He admits that he met him at a fair or another economical event at a time erstwhile Polish entrepreneurs conducted intensive interests in Belarus with the support of Polish authorities and Polish banks.
— I besides did contracts there, went to the fair. I was even a typical of abroad companies in Belarus. I finished working with him erstwhile contracts in Belarus became unprofitable. I was not a associate in meetings with Zingman and Polish politicians,” declared Witold Karczewski.

Zingman besides denies it. “These are false allegations”
We've been trying to scope Alexander Zingman. Nobody answered. However, the businessman reacted to an email sent to his company registered in Dubai. Soon, his lawyer Daniel L. Delnoro contacted us.
“Most of your questions relate to false allegations that have long been overturned.... I inform you that any false or defamatory message will prompt legal action," Delnoro threatened us with the first words of the answer.
Delnoro denies his client being affiliated with the Belarusian services or having individual relationships with Alexander Lukashenko and gathering Polish politicians or engaging in arms trafficking. "His company sells agricultural machinery, with large emphasis on the African market. (...) It does not represent Belarus in Africa, apart from attempts to sale agricultural equipment of Belarusian production... He has no cognition of why and whether Polish officials, politicians, diplomats visited Falcone's restaurant," answered a typical of Alexander Zingman.
Krzysztof Jurgiel: I don't remember
Let us return to the aforementioned Krzysztof Jurgiel, from Podlasie Minister of Agriculture in the government of PiS.
We asked him if he'd always been to a Minsk Falcone restaurant?
Former PiS Minister did not confirm, but did not deny it either. He only gave a brief answer that in June 2016 he was at an agricultural fair in the capital of Belarus, and the departure organized the department of global policy headed by him by the ministry.
Has he always met or talked to Alexander Zingman?
— I do not recall, but the erstwhile politician of the Law and Justice Department responded.
He admits he met Witold Karczewski about 20 years ago. He assures us that they were purely business contacts.
The 2016 CBA memo on Minister Jurgiel's visit to Belarus concludes with a recommendation: "to make information on the case in question for Minister Mariusz Kamiński – Coordinator of peculiar Services".
