How do Russia and China want to influence Latvia's home policy?

The Russian Federation systematically tries to manipulate and spread disinformation in order to gain influence in Latvia. In this way, the Russians want to inspire selected groups of recipients to revolt and protest against the authorities. The Chinese, on the another hand, usage their economical possible by building their position among those curious in traveling to the mediate Kingdom for business, educational or cultural purposes, as well as by offering the anticipation of cooperation in start-up projects. Both strategies are aimed at maintaining contacts with circles of various influence groups in Latvia, in order to put force on them at the right moment.
