The thought of creating a Warsaw metropolis, covering Warsaw and surrounding districts, has been coming back to political discussion for many years. This time, however, specified declaration was made by PiS chief Jarosław Kaczyński. And although he reserved that he portrayed "his purely individual view," it is not excluded that the thought can besides be bent over by organization and then by a government body. It is worth noting that the creation of a capital metropolis can have many consequences, including those related to the operation of uniformed services in Mazovia.
