Several 100 meteo balloons and almost 200 borderline interventions in connection with the smuggling of cigarettes. Cigarettes came mainly from a Grodzieńian mill controlled by the Belarusian state. It's not just a multimillion dollar profit - it's a fresh version of the hybrid war.
