"Under the rent agreement RARS was to supply fuel for rented vehicles. From 9 November 2022 to 30 June 2024, vehicles were supplied with fuel with a full value of about PLN 2.8 million,” said the post-control officers of the NIK.
As determined by the auditors, the agreement with Viper24 was signed, although RARS "has had a staff of drivers with the right to drive specified vehicles and thus, transport services could be carried out utilizing their own staff resources". As a result, the agency incurred expenses of PLN 285 1000 per month.

“The individual liable for the said irregularity was the then manager of the Operations Office, who conducted the negotiations, approved the application from the simplified procedure for the provision of transport services, as well as signed a contract for the hire of vehicles and a contract for the provision of transport services, followed by annexes to them,” says the report.
