Housing prices in Poland are a subject that electrifies the public. The fresh study shows that although in any Polish cities the prices of the premises in May were stable, many saw further increases. In Warsaw, the average price of a square metre of improvement housing in May exceeded the ceiling of PLN 18,000, while the Tricity exceeded the level of housing prices in Krakow.
