Hospitals want to build shelters and are waiting for regulations

Plans to build shelters by hospitals are presently at a standstill due to the fact that there are no regulations specifying the method requirements that specified a structure must meet. The applicable regulation is to enter into force in the 3rd 4th of this year, announces the Ministry of Interior and Administration.
