Ukrainian tv Suspilne determined the identity of a Russian officer who commanded the 228th automotive regiment, occupying the village of Jahidne in the Chernihow region in March 2022. Its residents were trapped in a basement where they were held for over 3 weeks. 10 people died of hunger and deficiency of help.
