Horala fears frozen embryos
Monika Olejnik decided to invitation 2 politicians to her program. The first was Marcin Horała from the PiS party, the second was Krzysztof Gawkowski representing Lewica. The conversation with guests was not thematically uniform, but the most crucial and at the same time the most amazing minute occurred during the in vitro question.
The PiS spokesman, Rafał Bochenek, asked about the position of his group on the vote on the in vitro financing bill by the state, stated that there would be no discipline on this issue. He besides added that he would personally support this project. His organization colleague, Marcin Horala, however, has a separate view of the matter. On the question of Monica Olejnik, how he intended to vote, he replied that he had to get acquainted with the task first. He besides expressed concern as to whether the procedure creates surplus embryos which are bred, frozen and subsequently disposed of.

The oilman asked the politician if he was ashamed to have specified an opinion. Horala replied that he was not curious in the question of who was born by in vitro, but was not convinced by the fact that "embryos are kept in a freezer".
Horala didn't kill sperm, but he has 3 daughters.
Krzysztof Gawkowski then joined the discussion. He asked the PiS spokesman:
I wanted to ask you how many sperm you killed in your life.
Horala replied:
I don't know what you're talking about. I didn't kill any sperm. What nonsense are you talking about?
You're just a hatred sick man. You talk about freezing, germs, and you're actually talking about how people can't have children. Scandal – the words of Horała Krzysztof Gawkowski were signed.

The bold declaration of the policy of Law and Justice is considered somewhat strange, as it exposes the deficiency of simple cognition of Horala about what procreative processes look like. It is disturbing that Horala has 3 daughters. Of course, entering specified intimate and private matters does not appear to be rather polite, but in the studio specified a subject was taken up alternatively than another one. Therefore, it is appropriate to extend it slightly.
It is estimated that about 100 million sperm are needed for procreative purposes, with theoretically only 1 being the final healthy 1 that yet fertilizes the egg cell. Consequently, the remainder must die. Telling the PiS policy that he never killed any sperm disagrees with biological sciences. The question is so whether a individual who does not have specified basic cognition should talk on specified crucial topics as in vitro.
Citizens' task and its assumptions
During the erstwhile word of office of the Sejm, a citizens' bill on in vitro refunds was introduced. In line with the proposal to amend the Public-funded wellness Services Act, the Minister of wellness would design, implement, implement and finance a wellness policy programme for fertility treatment, including medical procedures for assisted procreation, including in vitro fertilisation. The Minister would besides study to the Sejm on the implementation of this programme. The task sets out the minimum amount of backing from the state budget to be allocated annually to this policy programme – no little than PLN 500 million.
In the coalition agreement KO, Poland 2050, PSL and Nowa Lewica are committed to supporting couples planning parenthood, by financing in vitro procedures and ensuring full access to free prenatal studies by the state. A commitment was made to implement “modern standards” of perinatal care and access to free anaesthesia.
