The Warsaw territory Court ordered Kai Godek to apologize to 15 LGBT activists for their word of perversion and for informing that homosexuality and pedophilia frequently go together and that gays want to adopt children to molest and rape them. LGBT activists complain to Kaja Godek
The case of 16 LGBT activists (now 15, since 1 abruptly died), who filed a suit against Kai Godek for the word "deviating" and for informing against LGBT sex abuse, has been circulating between instances for 7 years. Initially winning at First instance, she was appealed for reasons and then directed for reconsideration. Again in the first instance, she was considered briefly, without taking into account many evidence. And it ended completely different than before. Interestingly, in both situations the case was dealt with by the same justice Adam Mickiewicz. The first time he stated that the plaintiffs could not justice Kai Godek's words, the second time – that they could and... are victims. In his oral justification, he even mentioned that there is no social interest (!) in saying words about the relation between homosexuality and paedophilia.
What doesn't the LGBT lobby want to hear?

However, the biggest shock is the fact that any of the defendant's evidence was not in the written minutes at all. The missing passages are those where she described in item technological investigation on the relation of homosexuality with pedophilia. And besides those where she cited concrete examples of gays convicted legitimately of kid sexual abuse. She spoke, among others, about Christopher F. from Szczecin and James Rennie from Scotland. besides about Peter Truong And Mark Newton of fresh Zealand, a gay couple under the name Zulock. All these studies and examples confirmed the thesis: homosexuality and pedophilia frequently go hand in hand.

Judgment of the Warsaw territory Court contrary to freedom of expression protected by the Constitution of Poland. Article 54 of the Constitution reads: Each individual shall be granted the freedom to express his or her views erstwhile the information is acquired and disseminated.
