Homosexual Euro-dictation Invasion. ETPC accuses Poland of "violating human rights"

The European Court of Human Rights has ruled that Poland has broken the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms without registering the same-sex union in the United Kingdom.

The complaint was brought by 1 of the Polish citizens, demanding a compensation of EUR 10,000. In his application, he stated that the deficiency of consent for legal designation of his union in Poland was a “discrimination”.

The European Court of Human Rights has ruled that associate States are required to supply a legal framework that allows "the same-sex couples to be decently recognised and protected." The Polish State is to pay the applicant a sum of EUR 1000 plus the costs incurred within 3 months.

The Constitution of the Republic of Poland clearly defines matrimony as a union between a female and a man. In Poland, there is besides no law on pseudo-partner unions, which could affect same-sex individuals. For this reason, registration in the civilian Law Offices of single-sex unions legalized abroad is prohibited. The judgement of the ETPC in Strasbourg is another effort to impose the superiority of EU law over national law.
