Speaker of the Sejm Simon Holovnia stated that after the presidential election any politicians, lawyers and others suggested that he not curse the fresh president. As he admitted in the media yesterday, he was tried to convince him to "attack the state" to block Karol Nawrocki's taking office. Ordo Iuris, a lawyer who applied to the D.A.


– I was approached by politicians, lawyers, different people who were frustrated by the presidential election," said Szymon Holovnia on Polsat News air and added, "The coup d'état will not be done with me."

– I did not vote for Karol Nawrocki, he was not my candidate, but as talker of the Sejm, I am obliged to respect the will of the majority of voters," stressed the president of Poland 2050.

Bartosz Lewandowski, lawyer of Ordo Iuris, responded to the words of the marshal. He informed social media that on behalf of the National Judicial Council he had filed an application for the prosecution.

"In mention to subsequent media reports of inciting Mr. Marshal Szymon Holownia to prevent the swearing-in of president Elekt Karol Nawrocki, and thus changes in the state's strategy and coup, I inform that on behalf of the injured National Judicial Council I submitted a motion to the territory Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw to interview the marshal as a witness," Lewandowski wrote.

As he added, if the investigators took this motion into account, the Holovnia would gotta disclose the names of the people who were to "instil him to neglect his duties and prevent the swearing-in of president Karol Nawrocki."

Let us remind that on Friday the National Prosecutor's Office presented the results of the investigation squad investigating irregularities during this year's presidential election. The documentation from 250 devolution electoral commissions was analysed, and problems were identified in 84.

The examination of voting cards shows that in the second circular of the presidential election, Karol Nawrocki received 48,473 votes in reality and Rafał Trzaskowski – 43,709. Meanwhile, authoritative protocols indicated 50 011 and 42 168 votes respectively. This means that Nawrocki had 1538 votes besides many and Trzaskowski had 1541 besides few.

– So we're talking about a difference of 1,500 votes. Mathematics indicates that this difference did not affect the result of the election," noted the spokesperson for the National Prosecutor's Office Przemysław Nowak.

Let us add that the ultimate Court officially confirmed the validity of Nawrock's election as president in early July. The fresh president's oath was scheduled for August 6 before the National Assembly. The Marshal of the Sejm Simon Holovnia immediately declared that he would accept the oath of the PiS candidate.
