Simon Holovnia confirmed the convening of the National Assembly on 6 August in order to take the oath from the president-elect Karol Nawrocki. Thus, the Marshal of the Sejm put an end to Roman Giertych and Adam Bodnar's attempts to undermine the election outcome.
