The hinges demented
The suit concerns the message of Sławomir Mentzen on 2 April, who stated that Simon Holovnia invited illegal immigrants from the border with Belarus to the Sejm.
Simon Holownia wrote about his decision on the X portal:
Mentzen fears debate, but is not afraid to lie. I filed an election suit against a Confederate candidate for the lies voiced by him from the Parliamentary Speaker.
The Holovnia besides denied the veracity of the words of the Confederate candidate. As he pointed out:
This is simply a lie from the beginning to the end. We verified for the 3rd time all and invitations, and the people who attended Christmas Eve for the people in the crisis that I organized 2 months after I became a marshal.
The 3rd Way candidate recalled that as the talker of the Sejm he organized a Christmas Eve for people in hard circumstances. This active homeless, sick, and migrants, and 700 children have late been invited to deal with peculiar problems.

Continuing the conflict
At the end of February, the conflict between Holovnia and Mentzen intensified. The Holovnia powerfully criticized the Confederate candidate, calling him a "parasitic parasite" and a "damage", and compared his programme to pro-Russian activities. In response, the Confederate applied to the Ethics Committee to punish the talker of the Sejm with reprimand.
The Confederate politician did not stay indebted to compare the Holovnia to a "smiling chihuaha". Mentzen then told in an interview with Polsat that Holowna's words shocked him. However, he added:
It was not pleasant, but I showed any knowing for Marshal Holownia. He fights for political life and, unfortunately, this fight loses. If the editor saw the frightened, whimpering chihuahua he barks at you, you'd be sorry.
