Poland 2050 is not fighting to improve the safety of citizens, it wants to take distant hunting weapons to halt hunting.
The media announced that Poland 2050 will submit another draft amendment to the Act on Arms and Ammunition, introducing the work of periodic medical examinations for hunters, sports shooters and collectors. So inactive NOT all weapon users will be tested!
An Anti-Saxon Crusade
Apparently, the reason for the amendment by the organization of Szymon Holown was the last tragic accident, where he was shot while hunting a resident in Michów Municipality. This is an highly perfidious lie, due to the fact that members of this group, after rejecting at first reading the erstwhile task – stigmatizing only hunters – announced that they would not quit and will re-present their idea, which is only a way to disarm Poles.
In 2018, the vegans reached Jarosław Kaczyński and persuaded the president to introduce an anti-loving five, i.e. to increase the minimum distance of hunting from buildings, introduce periodic medical examinations, and ban children and young people from hunting, train dogs on live animals, as well as collective hunting organizations. The final request was to dissuade the leader of the “United Right”.
Weakening of defence potential
The war in Ukraine opened the eyes of politicians. Thanks to the hard work of Minister Siarka, Henry Kowalczyk and Mariusz Kamiński (the then Minister of Agriculture and the Minister of Home Affairs) were able to convince them to go to the president of the Law and ask them to let them to retreat – before the entry into force – a provision forcing hunters to survey periodically.
Anyone with at least 2 drops of oil in his head knows that in the present situation, our country should build defence potential. On the 1 hand, investment should be made in defence infrastructure and civilian defence should be created. Poland 2050 opposed the entry of hunters into the national defence bill, criticized the signing of an agreement between the Ministry of Defence and the Polish Hunting Union, and now wants to disarm Poles under the pretext of "improvement of security".
The parties of Szymona Holowna are not about the safety of Poles, due to the fact that if so, they would be curious in accidents on roads, where nearly 2 1000 Poles are killed annually, and over 20 1000 wounded go to hospitals. Their actions are only about taking distant a weapon licence from a huntsman to halt killing chaotic animals.
Stigmatizing Hunters
We have been discussing periodic investigation for over 7 years, so everyone knows that hunting accidents have nothing to do with our health. erstwhile stigmatizing records only hunters were clearly breaking the Constitution of the Republic of Poland, due to the fact that they divided weapon owners into better and worse...
It was a very strong argument to throw the task of Poland 2050 in the first reading into the Sejm basket. Another should be there due to the fact that it does not include police officers, soldiers, and all another officers entitled to usage weapons. The only group that the bill obliges to periodic investigating are persons with weapons to defend themselves.
Budget hole
There are only a fewer 1000 people with combat weapons and there is no direct supervision of them, and our wellness services have no problem examining them all 5 years. It is no secret that investigating 130 000 hunters is impossible to realize in the current realities, and if we add 104,000 athletes and collectors to this collection, the effect will be easy to predict...
Legal gun-holders will not supply the appropriate certificates and the police will be forced to take all our weapons. I will skip the problem, where they will be in provincial command to store, these 760 1000 units of weapons, due to the fact that this would be the largest action in the past of our country to disarm Poles.
Hunters will not hunt, so the government should safe 7 billion in the next budget to estimation and pay compensation to farmers. The amount is not sucked out of our hunting finger, but has late been calculated by the Ministry of Climate and Environment!
The president will save the government
The Simon Holrow organization is falling apart! The polls show that they do not have a chance to enter the parliament, so Polish MPs 2050 are looking for a place in another clubs. I am not surprised, due to the fact that for 2 years they did NOT introduce a moratorium on ducks, they did NOT put windmills and did NOT call any national park.
Are periodic examinations of legal firearms holders needed? No! No! Everyone undergoes specialized investigation before getting a weapon, and the current regulations let both police and all uniformed services in case of any reasons to direct: hunter, policeman, soldier, athlete, or even collector for periodic research.
The strategy works perfectly and there is no request to amend the bill. The proposals of the anti-fishing coalition should be thrown into the trash all time, due to the fact that accidents will always be. The survey may say that at this point a man is sane and healthy, and next day he may have a tense breakdown and commit suicide...
Polish politicians 2050 know that their amendment of the bill even if it passes through parliament, it will be vetoed by the president Nawrocki, so it is only a political hucpa to show that "holovers" fight hunters. In my opinion, it is very weak that the organization by Szymon Holowna will one more time show Poles the full deficiency of origin of Donald Tusk's government.
