The Holovnia resigns as talker of the Sejm. The responsibilities will be taken by the Black One

Simon Holovnia signed a resignation on Thursday as talker of the Sejm. His decision will enter into force on Tuesday, November 18, erstwhile the marshal's duties will be taken over by Vladimir Czarzasty – the oldest deputy marshal and candidate of the Left as the fresh head of the lower home of Parliament.
