Holovnia announces Nawrocki's oath. There's a decision

On Saturday the Polish Monitor appeared the order of the talker of the Sejm Simon Holownia. It concerns the National Assembly and taking an oath by the recently elected president Karol Nawrocki.

According to the published order of Marshal Simon Holownia, The National Assembly will be held in Warsaw in the session area of the Sejm. It will arrive on Wednesday, August 6 at 10:00.

On 1 July, the ultimate Court adopted a resolution which declared the validity of the election of Karol Nawrocki as president of the Republic of Poland. 3 days later a resolution was published in the diary of Laws in this context.

Bodnar sent a letter

– The case is clear to me. The Prime Minister has published a resolution of the home of Control of the Extraordinary ultimate Court. The elections were not annulled. Therefore, my function is to cut through this chocholi dance, to convene the National Assembly – and that is what I will do today. So to give Polish and Polish people assurance that democracy in Poland is working," said Holownia in early July.

On the last Thursday, Minister of Justice and lawyer General Adam Bodnar sent a letter to the marshal announcing "irregularities and legal doubts". They were to take place in a procedure to recognise electoral protests and establish the validity of elections.
