Hołownia home Case Explained? Court Decision

The territory Court in Warsaw has dismissed the proceedings concerning the suit filed by Szymon Hołownia in the electoral procedure against PiS MPs. Hołownia sued Jacek Sasin and Sebastian Łukaszewicz for their claims about his home in Podlasie.
