Simon Holovnia announced that on 13 November he would resign as talker of the Sejm. On Wednesday (5 November) his last press conference in this function was held. He announced that "he would do anything to make it easier for Vladimir Black to take over as marshal, and the most crucial thing is the stableness of the state." He besides referred to the deficiency of presence during the "state bombing" hearing.
Holovnia is explained by the deficiency of presence in the prosecutor's office
On Monday, 3 November, another proceeding was scheduled for Simon Holownia in the territory Attorney's Office in Warsaw. However, the Marshal of the Sejm did not appear. His lawyer explained that he would not be in the courtroom due to the fact that "at the proceeding on October 10 he gave exhaustive explanations and gave answers to all the prosecution's questions."
The Holovnia stressed that on 10 October he answered all the questions on the matter. – The prosecutor clearly stated that there are no more questions to me, so it is not as I read that I do not think that any are above the law. I am not above the law, I never thought I could think in specified categories as standing above the law – he spoke in the Sejm on Wednesday.
He besides added that Bogdan Świętczkowski told him that he had so many questions to ask him, "that he would reserve 4 hours of time." "It cannot be that 2 constitutional bodies question each another in the prosecutor's office if individual claims that he is not satisfied with correspondence," he added.
The Marshal besides referred to the comment of prosecutor Piotr Skiby, who accused him of missing a "kinderart of trial". – A small smiling, I would gotta say: you are a small out of order in this prosecutor's office, in the papers, Mr Prosecutor," said the talker of the Sejm. And he added: – You have a mess, you would like to say, brothers and sisters, if from Friday to Monday you are incapable to find the writing that has affected you.

During the conference, Holovnia besides raised the issue of the immunity of Zbigniew Ziobry. He informed that on Thursday evening the Sejm would consider a motion to waive the immunity of the erstwhile Minister of Justice, as well as a possible consent to his detention and temporary arrest.
– If we waive Mr Ziobro's immunity, there are 27 votes. Each charge will be voted separately. On all charge plus the arrest of the Sejm, he will make a decision separately. It will be a block of votes, which will take any time," he said.
Let us add that Zbigniew Ziobro emphasized in his conversation with the media that he would not quit immunity himself.
