"Historic flood". Thousands of families were evacuated

As a consequence of the flood, which hit 2 cities close Bolivia's economical capital, at least 20 people were killed - said Bolivian Deputy Minister of civilian Defence Alfredo Torche, quoted by AFP. He added that more than 2,000 families had to evacuate.
