Poland is the first country in the planet to accomplish first operational readiness with an integrated IBCS command strategy - said US Ambassador Mark Brzezinski on Wednesday. He added that it was a technology that "changes the rules of the game". Even the U.S. Army is just beginning to usage this technology," he noted.
