The head of the Ministry of Interior and Administration, Tomasz Siemoniak, announced on Tuesday that a regulation is being prepared to precisely specify what is simply a shelter. He besides stressed that placing the alleged hiding places in fresh blocks of flats may mean a respective percent increase in housing prices.
