HFPC asks an crucial question about Żurk’s task after the judgement of the EU Court of Justice on neojudges

The Helsinki Human Rights Foundation commented on Tuesday's judgement of the TEU on the alleged neojudges. In its assessment, it may affect not only the practice of excluding these judges and questioning their judgments, but besides the legal process of regulating the position of those persons.
