Who were Polish “specialists” from planet War II, what their trainings looked like, and what makes them so admired today? These questions are answered by a paper entitled "The Cichociemni – Plow", which was held on 1 October at the Warsaw Uprising Museum. What made you think of a movie?

According to the producers, the participation of modern military operators and soldiers from another units is no coincidence. The decision to tell them about silent preparations for activities in occupied Poland has respective reasons. The legendary AK paratroopers are told by veterans Military Unit GROM. They present what parachute jumps looked like in the 1940s, hand-to-hand combat, or knife use. The movie featured, among others, Colonel Piotr Gąstan, Major Krzysztof Puwalski, Captain Ziemowit Urbanowicz “Harnaś”, Chor. Arkadiusz Dembinski “Motyl”, as well as parachuting experts. Adam Boris “Plow” – a hero in the shadow of history

The central character of the paper is Adam Boris "Plug", 1 of the 316 silent dropped at night from 1 to 2 October 1942 to occupied Poland.

– Adam Boris “The plough” is simply a comparatively tiny figure, but as it turns out, special. It cannot be narrowed down to "quiet" only. He was the creator and commander of Agat branch (Anti-Gestapo), Pegasus (Refugee-Gestapo), yet known widely and war-related famed National Army Battalion "Parasol". It is Agat, later renamed Pegasus, who is liable for the elimination of the worst degenerates of the Nazi panic apparatus – including even “Kata Warszawy” Franz Kutschery – explains Piotr Szychowski.

The “Plow” has been recorded in past not only as a soldier. After the war, he inactive served Poland – among others, he co-created export products of the Polish meat industry, including the celebrated canned ham from the times of PRL.
