U.S. president Donald Trump, raising import duties, launched a global trade war that will lead to economical instability in planet markets and divert attention from the armed conflict in Ukraine," said Council MP Iryna Herashchenko.
On Wednesday, Trump announced the introduction of "mutual" customs duties on imports from another countries. The basic minimum rate will be 10 percent, but according to his words during the decision announcement ceremony, the tariffs will be individualised and will be halved from those that import goods from the USA. Trump said that the fresh duties would be a "declaration of economical independence" for the United States and would aid usage the "bilion and trillion dollars" to pay off public debt.
She said Trump's decision to drastically rise duties on all imports was already called the planet Trade War. "The planet has entered an area of terrible turbulence. Unfortunately, this distracts from the war and is harmful to Ukraine" wrote Heraschenko on her Telegram channel.
In her opinion, specified an "aggressive intervention in the economy" will hit a oriented part of production, which will lead to a search for fresh markets for those who last and for the remainder of them to gradually transform. Heraschenko stressed that now there will be little “foreign” in America, but besides in the American world.
