Hellfire rockets for Polish helicopters. Unification or diversion? [COMMENTARY]

The U.S. State Department authorized the sale to Poland of 800 anti-tank AGM-114R2 Hellfire guided missiles, exercise rockets and essential equipment with a full value of $150 million. This weaponry will be integrated with AW149 helicopters, but will besides be utilized for AH-64E Apache helicopters, which Poland wants to acquire. How does this fit into the broader context of Poland's acquisition and production of anti-tank weapons?
