At the age of 105, Bolesław "Bolek" Ostrowski died. He was the last surviving paratrooper of the 1st Independent Paratrooper of the General Stanisław Sosabowski Paratrooper and a associate in Operation "Market Garden" in 1944, besides known as the conflict of Arnhem.
