Ed Martin, the interim U.S. lawyer for the territory of Columbia and president Donald Trump’s nominee for a full-time position, has made more than 150 appearances in Russian state media, The Washington Post reports. Martin failed to disclose those appearances in a questionnaire sent to the legislature Judiciary Committee, raising serious concerns about his transparency and loyalty to U.S. interests, the paper notes.
