The court of appeal, and previously the territory court, dismissed the appeal of the independency March Association regarding the ban on the march on November 11, which was issued by the capital city hall. However, the organizers are planning the event. Rafał Trzaskowski stated that he does not want to prohibit the nationalists from marching, but does not intend to give them a monopoly.
