Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, Brazil's president, said his country would "reciprocate with akin trade moves" after U.S. president Donald Trump announced he would rise tariffs on Brazilian aluminum. "We will file a protest at the planet Trade Organization," Lula added on Friday.
