The PzH 2000 Armatohaubica is now 1 of the best in terms of crew protection among artillery with caterpillar traction in the world. The peculiar armor utilized on it (the alleged German hedgehog) allows to defend against cluster sub-ammunition and simple accumulation heads fired, e.g. from anti-tank grenade launchers.
