Harvard University filed a suit against the U.S. authorities in connection with a fresh decision to remove the university’s right to receive abroad students, according to court documents.
"Harvard lodges a suit under the United States Constitution, the Act on Administrative Procedures and the Right Powers of that court to nullify, revoke and prohibit illegal government activities," says the suit in the Massachusetts territory Court database.
Thursday, U.S. Secretary of interior safety Kristi Noem said Harvard was stripped of his right to receive abroad students, and all foreigners presently studying at the university must decision to another institutions.
