Hamas will release more Israeli hostages. Israel will let Palestinians to return to Gaza

On Sunday night, Palestinian Hamas announced that it would release 3 Israeli hostages, including a woman. In response, Israel announced it would let Palestinian civilians to return to the northern Gaza Strip starting Monday morning.
