The scandal at the station in Piaseczno. The commander of the prevention squad was about to rape a young officer. By decision of the court, he was temporarily arrested and the Police Capital Command suspended him in responsibilities and initiated disciplinary proceedings.
During the incident, the man was under the influence of alcohol; he heard allegations of rape and coercion for another sexual activity. A spokesperson for the territory Attorney's Office in Warsaw confirmed that the collected evidence justified the charges and the request for arrest.
Police have been instructed to supply the victim with full support, including intellectual assistance. At the same time, checks are carried out on the unit's business supervision – both by the KSP and the Police Headquarters.
The prosecution emphasises that due to the good interests of the investigation it will not be in item informed of the course of events; many witnesses are to be heard in the case. All persons present in the unit at the time of the incidental were checked for sobriety.
