What are modern Polish peculiar services facing? According to my deep conviction, above all, with a circumstantial founding sin. This founding sin was the accepted concept of building fresh services of the 3rd Republic on the foundation of communist services, dependent in the past on Moscow and for Moscow transparent intelligence services.
