The territory Court of Toruń found 67-year-old Isabella M. to be guilty of threatening the head of the WOŚP. The female was sentenced to six months in prison in suspension and a restraining order against Jerzy Owsiak. The conviction is invalid. A defender from Ordo Iuris claims that the conviction strikes free speech and announces an appeal.
