"Putin's threats to the West are a serious escalation". EU to strengthen Ukraine's military

The head of EU diplomacy, Kaja Kallas, recognised Vladimir Putin's threats to the West as a "serious escalation" that straight threatens the safety of Europe. The Kremlin ruler threatened with attacks on all Western presence in Ukraine, including possible peacekeeping forces. Kallas firmly replied that "Russia has no influence on how we defend ourselves" and that the West is united in granting Ukraine safety guarantees.
