On 22-23 June, the 4th edition of the GROT conference was held, which has been organized continuously since 2021. Last Saturday passed to participants of the conference on the exchange of experiences which flow from users operating MSBS Grot rifles all day. Sunday, on the another hand, focused all enthusiasts on shooting competitions in which the 10th Świętokrzyska Brigade of Territorial Defence triumphed.
The first part of the GROT conference was held at the office of the Territorial Defence Forces in Zegrzu, gathering a number of experts, enthusiasts and soldiers who devoted time to exchanging experience with the operation of the MSBS GROT rifle, discussing changes in the construction itself, additional equipment, or camouflage versions. The subject of training soldiers according to the fresh firearm weapon Shooting Program was besides studied.
The effects of our conversations, the exchange of experience will let us to further make these weapons together. The conference with the maker is of peculiar importance for WOT, for which MSBS GROT is simply a primary gun", said WOT commander-in-chief Brig. Gen. Dr. Krzysztof Stańczyk.
The main point of the gathering was to present the fresh version of the MSBS GROT A3 carbine by the president of the weapon mill Archer Seweryn Figurski and to discuss changes made in the latest model. - I'm glad to see you again. From year to year the GROT farm represents a higher level, developing as the GROT develops. It is very powerfully connected with each another - the GROT and improvement of the weapon unit, the MSBS platform for further amendments and modifications, due to the fact that it is here that we get information, in which direction as a mill we should go - said the President.
- I'm sorry. erstwhile creating the A3 carbine, we sought maximum optimization so that it meets the expectations of as many users as possible, even though everyone has different preferences, anatomical construction or another spade. But MSBS GROT A3 thanks to its modularity, configurability is able to meet the expectations of users at a truly advanced level - he stressed.
On the second day, shooting competitions were held, in which both military and civilian users competed. In military competitions, soldiers competed with each another in 4 competitions: a dynamic rifle, a dynamic gun, a dynamic weapon and a dynamic rifle, and precision firearm shooting. The squad general classification was besides specified. A pool of distinctions and medals proves that the Territorials will be effective and ready for any threat if necessary.

In addition, additional competitions were held this year for the volunteers, specified as: BURPEES, injured evacuation, pull-up on the bar, ammunition bumps, hauling-out of the line team, exercises in observation. For the first time, a review of the capacity of operators – soldiers of the Territorial Defence Army - unmanned aircraft (bsp) class micro was besides conducted.
