Gromadziński on SAFE: We take a mortgage for a home and buy carpets

The signing of the package of agreements under the SAFE programme is increasingly controversial. The erstwhile commander and presently the president of the defence Institute, General Jarosław Gromadziński, in an interview, criticizes the way the nearly PLN 180 billion debt was spent. In his opinion, alternatively of building strategical capabilities, Poland is making "share" purchases in order to spend money by 2032.
