Great Britain closer to buying a transporter from Finland?

[UK Defence Journal](https://ukdefencejournal.org.uk/uk-enters-assessment-phase-for-patria-6x6-vehicle/) announced at the beginning of January that the Ministry of Defence there had begun an evaluation of the European [CAVS programme](https://defence24.pl/przemysl/finski-transporter-ze-wsparciem-finansowym-ue), which had been expected for a long time. He referred to a written consequence from Defence Secretary Luke Pollard to Ben Obese-Jecty MP, which stated that the UK would join the bill in December 2025 (although this was announced [in September](https://defence24.pl/sily-zbrojne/finski-transporter-zdobywa-europe-analiza)). He confirmed that "the program is in the evaluation phase."
