Great Britain closer to buying a transporter from Finland?

[British service UK Defence Journal](https://ukdefenejcejournal.org.uk/uk-enters-assessment-phase-for-patria-6x6-vehicle/) reported in early January that the Ministry of Defence of that country had begun the European evaluation [CAVS programme](https://defence24.pl/industry/Finnish-transporter-with-financial-ue) which was expected for a long time. He referred to the written consequence given to Mr Ben Obese-Jecty by defence minister Luka Pollard, which stated that the United Kingdom would accede to the task in December 2025 (although information was announced [in September](https://defence24.pl/strong-armoured/Finnish-transporter-probe-europe-analysis)). He confirmed that "the programme is in the evaluation phase".
