Government spokesperson Adam Sz Trapka told PAP that Prime Minister Donald Tusk and Prime Minister of Lithuania Inga Ruginiene agreed that Poland would open its border crossings with Belarus "near mid-November". Their conversations were related to a series of incidents with balloons flying into Lithuanian airspace from over Belarus.
