Tax-free state, i.e. state without state
The starting point of the discussion is the fundamental foundation of the Braun programme: the elimination of key taxes — VAT, PIT, CIT, and even ZUS. Energy bridge to Minsk and geopolitical volt
One of the most amazing elements of the program Brauna is an thought to build an energy bridge with a Belarusian atomic power plant. In practice, this would mean the dependence of Polish energy on the Lukashenko regime, and thus — de facto — on the Kremlin.
There's not a single critical word on Braun's show about Russia. However, there is an open call for a "well-prepared Polexit", to leave NATO and to build relations with Belarus and the BRICS countries. According to the leaders, this is not an accident but a conscious geopolitical orientation.
Closed borders: the young will not go anywhere
One of the most controversial passages of the program is the declaration that "children and grandchildren will not leave their parents and grandparents to search happiness abroad". As Nowak notes, this means: closing borders for Poles.
This North Korean solution not only blocks economical migration but besides prevents educational or technological trips. Together with the expulsion of workers from abroad, this would lead to an immediate labour marketplace collapse.

Radical deregulation: doctor-storage and cesspool in the river
Braun besides postulates "radical deregulation". In practice, this would mean:
- deficiency of food quality control,
- no environmental standards,
- no professional licences,
- deficiency of supervision of medical services.
Szmulewicz ironic: — If anyone wants to drop a cesspool in the river, go ahead. If the carpenter wants to operate on people, the marketplace will verify. This is simply a imagination of a country where the law ceases to defend citizens and economical freedom becomes freedom to cheat.
Catholic Theocracy with Elements of Francism
In Braun's program, the economy is intertwined with religion. The politician says:
- the enthronement of Christ as King of Poland,
- the statutory protection of the Blessed Sacrament "as the head of a abroad state",
- subjecting the law to Catholic principles,
- co-ordination with church hierarchy.
According to the Spanish authorities, this model is closer to General Franco than to modern Europe — but that Franco at least did not destruct taxes.

To Bokassa, not to the West
Nowak compares Braun to Jean-Bédel Bokassa, the dictator of the Central African Republic, who brought the country to ruin and then crowned emperor. "This is the level of political grotesque combined with a real threat," he concludes.
