Upper: In his own opinion of rusophobia

The anti-Russian obsession in people who are reasonable in many another matters does not let them to objectively measure today's situation in which Poland is in. Rusophobia and pure hatred of Russia is brain cancer, a rolling nation. Like most cancers, it makes the prognosis for the full body very bad.

We were affected by the curse of life in interesting times, in a spiral turn that leads our country to ruin and destruction. The spectrum of conflict about consequences not yet seen in past has never been so real and at the same time so unreal and absurd that an effort to give logical sense to the improvement of events and a string of decisions each of which brings us closer to the edge of the abyss requires an incredible intellectual effort.
In fact, all observers in Poland and Europe agree that the actions hiding under the coat of defence preparations inevitably aim to include
(ours?) states to war with Russia and Belarus. We do not know the point at which decision-makers consider that the preparations are already completed, but the slogan for the apocalypse will give us any more crucial provocation, although the last communicative with Styrofoam kites pretending to be combat drones, showed that absolutely all trivial pretext is good to unleash war hysteria.

In all this serious consequences of confusion, the saddest thing is that the general public does not see the full danger of unleashing anti-Russian phobias and the real threat of including Poland in the war in the name of abroad interests.
Enthusiasm and support of a large part of our compatriots for arms that harm the state budget and the stableness and future of the vast majority of citizens is absolutely absurd and dangerous due to the fact that it gives a mandate controlled from outside the group holding power, to proceed destructive actions for Poland.
In this situation, a spark of hope for sobriety may seem to be a change of attitude of parts of society, as well as publicists and commentators, and even any politicians in statements which, starting to appear doubts as to the rightness of the current policy, conducted on knees, both towards Ukraine as well as the most pro-war governments and forces in the west.

Shy protests about the “help” given to refugees and immigrants, arming the neighbour's army, gigantic arms spending, the inability of the current ruling squad in global affairs, are increasingly resounding, although they truly sound like the squeaking of home crickets among the widespread beating of war drums and Surm's fighting roar.
We think that the drop digs through the rock, so sooner or later, it will come to mind. It's just an illusion. First of all, due to the fact that we do not have adequate time for this transformation. Secondly, because, like a frog cooking, we inevitably enter a period of modern, digital totalitarianism and tyranny which slow but inevitably, begin to restrict and deprive us of any right to protest, choose or comment on events and decisions.

However, even from the lips of reasonable and thoughtful commentators, after expressing doubts about the common relations between the Polish-Ukrainians and the Polish-Westerns, as a rule, there is always the speech of all the slavish stereotypes about Russia, the danger of her, the insult towards her president and contempt for this country and nation. This trend has not changed, but it has grown with each year since 1989, although its roots and beginnings lie in years much earlier.
Such an attitude in conditions imposed and at the same time profoundly rooted anti-Russian communicative and contempt for everything associated with Asia and the East, fundamentally prevents Poland from making any manoeuvre in the political and economical field, while destroying all aspect of state sovereignty.

It seems that russophobia and more concentrated and constantly fueled hatred of Russia, forged on the 1 hand by complexes and, on the another hand, by an absurd sense of civilizational superiority, constitutes for subsequent generations the "elite" of our country, something like a founding myth, a sick mission in which harmfulness and hostility towards the large neighbour, constitutes the full sense of the existence of the 3rd Republic. The magnitude of economical losses, the immensity of untapped improvement opportunities, the immense scale of failure to cooperate, cooperation and mutually beneficial investments is invaluable today. We can only presume about it, comparing starting points in the early 1990s and today's achievements of specified countries as Poland and, above all, China, but besides subject to endless sanctions and harassments of Russia for years.

Today, not only these lost opportunities and perspectives, call for an immediate change in communicative and with it a single-polar policy of our country, but besides the fact that in our inferno and the usage of abroad interests we are moving faster towards the core of darkness, for which there is only a magnitude of wartime demolition and destruction. In this situation, anyone who sees the dangers in current politics and narratives and opposes their continuation and besides negates war hysteria must besides add B by saying A.

This consequence of his attitude should be to say firstly that talks should be held with Russia and Belarus in order to clarify and de-escalate irritations, understatements and disputes. Secondly, the economical interest cannot be subordinated to outside politics. As regards our neighbours as well as the wider China, the "single route", the BRICS countries and the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation.
Thirdly, the language of hatred and the ahistorical view of thousands of years of relations with neighbors in the east, the reminiscing of actual or more imagined harm, must cease to be the current canon of any discussion or occurrence.
These are the minimum shore conditions for de-escalating the situation, removing the tragic, unnecessary spectrum and what I stress against the current axiom, unprovoked by Russia's war with Poland and NATO, and requiring basic standardisation and restoration step by step of civilized and predictable relations with our east neighbours.

Despite the account of harm and mistrust towards Poland, we have many signals and rejected gestures that from that side the hand to normalization remains constantly extended. Is that a utopia? Maybe. For the last 35 years, we've gone so deep into the swamp of rusophobia that most of us, returning from it to dry land, seem impossible. Tresura made her own and the leash on which we are as Poland and Poles bound seems besides short...
