Mountain Karabach at global tribunals [COMMENTARZ]

Last Friday Armenia became the 124th associate of the global Criminal Court. Following the ratification by the Government of the Statute of Rome, the Ambassador to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Mher Margaryan formally submitted papers enabling the case to be opened against Azerbaijan. It is about the anticipation of committing crimes against the Armenian population of Mountain Karabach.
