Goma, or African Greenland

Over the last 27 years, Goma, a million-dollar city on Lake Kivu, just off the Rwandan border, has been scored 3 times. This Sunday, the city fell for the 4th time. all time this ended with massacres of civilians, and the first time, in 1998, the aftermath was the Second Congolese War, in which 9 African states participated and up to 6 million people died.
