Ryanair CEO Michael O'Leary erstwhile floated the thought of charging for utilizing bathrooms on planes. He later turned it into a joke, but now researchers have calculated that if passengers utilized the bathroom at the airport alternatively of on board, US carriers alone would save $100 million a year.
